My obsession with the web started early—I built my first website at age 11, and by 18, I was running my own e-commerce business and managing its marketing. For over a decade since, I’ve operated as a freelancer, designing high-converting sites and executing digital strategies. My chapter as a traditional employee culminated at an elite, highly decorated Data & AI consulting firm based in Bellevue, Washington. As a premier global cloud consulting partner and a multi-year Global Partner of the Year winner for Data & AI Governance, this firm was where I scaled enterprise-level technology initiatives and learned how elite data ecosystems truly operate.
But while I was working with these massive enterprise systems, I kept noticing the exact same problem plaguing local service business owners. They were paying one company for a website, another for SMS, another for reviews, and yet another for social media. None of these tools talked to each other. Systems that were supposed to save business owners time ended up draining it instead.
I was once told to view your career as "paid training" until you are skilled enough to build something better yourself. Acosta Systems is that exact moment for me.
